Walden, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS Wainoco Oil and Gas Ltd. applied June 11, 1980 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia PetroleQ~ Cor90ration ("B.C.P.C.") a COITll-non purchaser of natural gas fro:n the Stoddart Belloy A Paoli and WHEREAS Wainoco m'ms a Area which tested gas from the Belloy A formation, namely: Wainoco et al Stoddart 6-4-86-19 vl6;\1 vlliEREAS Wainoco alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Stoddart Belloy A Pool. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Application of Wainoco will be heard in public co~~encing at 9:00 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, August 6, 1980, in the Hearing Room of the Co~~ission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2. Persons intending to participate in the hearing should give written Notice on or before Friday, July 25, 1980, to Derek Leach, Secretary, British Columbia Energy Cow~ission; and to ~'lainoco Oil & Gas Ltd. addressed as follm<1s: Mr. W.F. Chief Engineer Wainoco Oil & Gas Ltd. 304-6th Avenue S.W. Calgary, Alberta T2P OR4 Wainoco will provide to all registered Intervenors one copy of its Application as soon as possible after July 25, 1980.
