(" Baay Land ") applied July 15, 1980 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("B.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Wilder Halfway A POOli and WHEREAS Baay Land owns two wells in the Wilder Area which tested gas from the Halfway A formation, namely: Baay Seagull Wilder 10-18-83-19 W6Mi Baay et al Wilder 10-12-83-20 W6Mi and WHEREAS Baay Land alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Wilder Halfway A Pool. . .. /2
NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Application of Baay Land will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time or as soon thereafter as may be possible on Wednesday, September 3, 1980, Room of the Commission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2. Persons intending to participate in the hearing should give written Notice on or before Friday, August 22, 1980, to Derek Leach, Secretary, British Columbia Energy Commission; Land Consultants Ltd. addressed as follows: Mr. President Baay Land Consultants Ltd. 1101-300-5th Avenue S.W.
