2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as follows: The Commission will accept for filing with consumption on and after November 1, 1980 amended tariff rate schedules incorporating increments of 31.6 cents/Mcf, necessary to enable recovery of the effect of the Federal Excise Tax on natural gas purchases, and related costs.
