NOW THEREFORE the Cornro.ission hereby orders Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited as follows: 1. The Commission will accept for filing, subject to timely filing, interim amendments to tariff rate schedules incorporating an increment of 11% over existing rates. 2. The said a~ended tariff rate schedules shall become effective for consumption of electricity on and after the meter reading dates recorded in customer billing issued on or about NoveITber 30, 1980, with the interim increase 'subject to refund with interest at 12% per annum pending a public hearing. 3. The Application for rate relief is to be made available for pUblic inspection at the office of Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited and a notice of explanation of the interim increase in rates will be provided to all customers as soon as possible. 4. The Application is set down for public hearing commencing at 10:00 a.m. local time on Wednesday, January 21, 1981 at the Royal Canadian Legion Hall in Princeton, B.C. 5. The Applicant is directed to comply with the conditions respecting Notice of Hearing attached to this Order and, further, arrange publication of the Notice in one issue of a newspaper circulated generally in the Town' of Princeton, and by mailing copies of the Customer Notice to each of its customers, in envelopes provided by the Commission. should be issued on or about December 10, 1980.
