Ludgate, Deputy Chairman. o R D E R WHEREAS Westgrowth Petroleums Ltd. applied December 3, 1979 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation (JlB.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Rigel Dunlevy F Pool; and WHEREAS Westgrowth owns two wells in the Rigel Area which tested gas from the Dunlevy formation, namely: Westgrowth et al Rigel 10-25-87-18-W6 Westgrowth et al E Buick b-82-Lj94-A-IO; and WHEREAS Westgrm'lth alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Rigel Dunlevy F Pool. NOW THEREFORE the Cowmission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Application of Westgrowth will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time, on Tuesday, March 25, 1980, in the Hearing Room of the Commission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2. Persons intending to participate. in the hearing should give written Notice on or before Friday, March 14, 1980, to Derek Leach, Secretary, British Co1llinbia Energy Cowmission; Westgrowth Petroleums Ltd. addressed as follows: Mr. John W. Production Manager Westgrowth Petroleums Ltd. #708 - 324 - Calgary, Alberta T2P 2Z2 Westgrowth will provide to all registered Intervenors one copy of its Application as soon as possible after March 14, 1980.
