(JlOrbit") applied December 3 1 1979 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation ("B.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Rigel Dunlevy F Pool; and v,1J-IEREAS Orbit owns one ,;"ell in the Rigel Area which tested gas from the Dunlevy formation, namely: Orbit et al Rigel 10-32-87-l7-W6Mi and ~mEREAS Orbit alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Rigel Dunlevy F Pool. . .. /2
.. ORDER NUMBER COM-2-80 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Application of Orbit will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time, or as soon thereafter as may be possible, on Tuesday, March 25, 1980, in the Hearing Room of the Commission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Colum~ia. 2. Persons intending to participate in the hearing should give written Notice on or before Friday, March 14, 1980, to Derek Leach, Secretary, British ColQmbia Energy Commission; and to Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. addressed as follows: Mr. Ving Y. Woo, P.Eng. Manager of Engineering Orbit Oil & Gas Ltd. #710 - 703 - 6th Avenue, S. W. Calgary, Alberta T2P OT9 Orbit will provide to all registered Intervenors one copy of its Application as soon as possible after March 14, 1980.
