Newlands, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS the City of Prince Rupert ("the City") applied November 19, 1980 to amend its Telephone Tariff ByLaw No. 22223, 1979 to provide for new services and equipment that have become available; and WHEREAS the proposed amendments are contained in Telephone Tariff Amendment By-Law No. 2279, 1980; and WHEREAS the" Commission has considered the proposed amendments and believes they are necessary in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing the City of Prince Rupert Telephone Tariff Amendment By-Law No. 2279, 1980 as it pertains to telephone service provided through the" facilities of the City of Prince Rupert Telephone system to customers outside the City Limits effective on and after January 1, 1981.
