("Wintershall") applied November 28, 1980 for an Order of the Commission declaring the British Columbia PetroleQ~ Corporation ("B.C.P.C.") a common purchaser of natural gas from the Dahl Bluesky POOli and WHEREAS Wintershall owns a well in the Dahl Area which tested gas from the Bluesky formation, namely: Wincan et al Dahl c-98-A, 94-H-lO; and WHEREAS Wintershall alleges that it is suffering drainage of raw gas in the Dahl Bluesky Pool. BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITiES COMMISSION ORDER NUMBER COM-1-81 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Application of Wintershall will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time on March 16, 1981, in the Hearing Room of the Commission on the 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. 2. Persons intending to participate in the hearing should give written Notice on or before February 27, 1981, to Derek Leach, Secretary, British Columbia Utilities Commission; and to Wintershall Oil of Canada Ltd. addressed as follows: Mr. J.D. Murdoch Chief Engineer wintershall Oil of Canada Ltd. 1701 - 715 - 5th Avenue S.W. Calgary, Alberta T2P 2X6 Wintershall will provide to all registered Intervenors one copy of its Application as soon as possible after February 27, 1981. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Wintershall Oil of Canada Ltd., owner of a well in the Dahl Bluesky Pool, Wincan et al Dahl c-98-A, 94-H-lO, has filed an application under Section 83(1) of the Utilities Commission Act, SBC 1980, for an Order declaring the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation a common purchaser of natural gas from the Dahl Bluesky Pool. The Application will be heard in public commencing at 9:00 a.m., local time on March 16, 1981, in the Hearing Room of the British Columbia Utilities Commission, 21st Floor, 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, B.C., V6E 2L7. lnterested persons may obtain a copy of the application by contacting: Mr. J.
