Ludgate, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R vlliEREAS The C~rporation of the City of Nelson ("Nelson") applied October 19, 1983 for Commission approval of Electrical Utility Regulatory By-Law No. 2020, 1983; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the By-Law and has determined that the Terms and Conditions and Rates and Charges proposed therein to be applicable to electric service for all classifications of customers outside the City Limits maintain present differentials between Urban customers (within the City Limits) and Rural customers (outside the City Limits); approximately 4% for Rate Schedule A-3 applicable to Residential Service, and approximately 10% for Rate Schedules B-4 applicable to General Service (less than 25KVA), C-4 applicable to General Service (25 KVA and over), C-6 applicable to Industrial Customers with Loads of 2,000 KVA and over, and G-4 Street
BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION ORDER NUMBER G-76-83 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The contents of the Electrical Utility Regulatory By-Law No. 2020, 1983 pertaining to the provision of electric service for all classifications of customers outside the City Limits are accepted forยท filing effective immediately to be applicable to consumption of electricity on and after November 1, 1983. 2. The contents of Electrical Utility Regulatory By-Law No. 1547, 1971 are cancelled effective on and after November 1, 1983.
