BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION ORDER NUMBER T-34-82 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-34-82 issue to World View Television Limited covering the ownership, construction and operation of a pay-television undertaking serving the Province of British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record, subject to the following terms and conditions: (a) The service offered by the undertaking must be in accord with that described in the Application and hearing record. (b) This authorization does not extend to the construction, ownership or operation of systems of cable within British Columbia. (c) World View Television Limited will provide the Commission with a report on the type of service offered and the rates for such service at quarterly intervals following the issuance of the Certificate. 2. A complaint which the Commission finds is related to a matter which may be in contravention of the guidelines for enforcement of the obscenity provisions, Criminal Code of Canada may be referred to the Attorney General for investigation and the Commission may suspend the Certificate until such matter is concluded. 3. No variation or alteration in the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or this Order may be made without the approval of the Commission first obtained.
