BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMJSSJO~ ORDER NUMBER T-55-84 2 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-55-84 issue to Allarcom Pay Television Limited covering the ownership, construction and operation of a pay-television undertaking, not including broadcasting or the distribution of broadcast signals, serving the Province of British Columbia, all as more particularly described in the Application and hearing record, subject to the terms of service described in the Application and hearing record. 2. A complaint which the Commission finds is related to a matter which may be in contravention of the guidelines for enforcement of the obscenity provisions, Criminal Code of Canada may be referred to the Attorney General for investigation and the Commission may suspend the Certificate until such matter is concluded. 3. No variation or alteration in the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or this Order may be made without the approval of the Commission first obtained.
