NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby authorizes the cancellation of Certificate T-29-84 issued August 29, 1984 in the name of Mustang Communications Inc. and the issuance of replacement Certificate T-56-84 in the name of Mustang Satellite Services Inc., effective immediately, covering the ownership, construction and operation of a system of cable undertaking for the conveyance or transmission of information, messages or communications, not including broadcasting or the distribution of broadcast signals, serving The Corporation of the District of Surrey, British Columbia.
