Martin, Commissioner CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY WHEREAS ICG utilities (British Columbia) Ltd. applied for approval and acceptance for filing by the Commission of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity pertaining to a Franchise Renewal Agreement dated March 18, 1985 with the Corporation of the City of Fort St. John ("the City"); and WHEREAS the Commission is satisfied that the filing of the Franchise Renewal Agreement, covering an II-year period ending August 15, 1995 is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 51 of the Utilities Commission Act the Commission hereby approves and accepts for filing the aforenoted Franchise Renewal Agreement.
