NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders that clause l(d) of Commission Order T-42-82 be cancelled, to be replaced by the following: l(d). The Certificate will expire if Barriere Cablecom Ltd. has not commenced the operation of the said pay-television undertaking by June 30, 1984.
