("Copper Valley") applied April 17, 1985 for an amendment to its Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity as authorized by Commission Orders No. T-71-84 and T-72-84 and dated December 13, 1984; and WHEREAS the amendment requested is to extend the service area of Copper Valley to include the village of Cache Creek and a Mobile Horne Park located in the Regional District of Ashcroft, between Ashcroft and Cache Creek; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and has determined that the service area extension requested is in the public interest and that such extension will be served through a single Head End located in the Copper Valley premises located in Ashcroft; and ... /2 FOURTH FLOOR. 800 SMITHE STREET VANCOUVER B C V6Z 2El. BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION 2 ORDER NUMBER T-6-85 NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders as follows: 1. Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity No. T-7l-84 and T-72-84 issued to Copper Valley Cablevision Ltd. covering the ownership, construction and operation of a pay-television undertaking, and a system of cable undertaking for the conveyance or transmission of information, messages or communications, not including broadcast or the distribution broadcast signals, serving Ashcroft, British Columbia, are hereby amended the date of this Order to include the Village of Cache Creek, British Columbia and the Mobile Horne Park located between Ashcroft and Cache Creek.
