("Barriere") applied June 25, 1984 for an extension to December 31, 1984 of the present June 30, 1984 limitation provision prescribed in Commission Order No. T-1-84; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the circumstances and concurs with Barriere's request. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders that clause l(d) of the Commission Order T-1-84 be cancelled, to be replaced by the following: 2. The Certificate will expire if Barriere Cablecom Ltd. has not commenced the operation of the said pay-television undertaking by December 31, 1984.
