WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the proposed NGV Conversion Finance Plan is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission will accept for filing, effective the date of this Order, appropriate amendments to Section 23.1.1 of its filed Gas Tariff. 2. Inland is to advise the Commission at the beginning of each fiscal year on the financial details including bad debts experience, if any, related to this plan.
