BEFORE: J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (ItPNG October 29, 1986 for Commission approval and acceptance for filing of amendments effective November 1, 1986 to its filed Gas Tariff B.C.U.C. No. 1 giving recognition to the actual elevation at each meter location for gas measurement purposes; and WHEREAS PNG's Application to the Commission results from a direction by the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs Canada pursuant to the Electricity and Gas Inspection Regulations: and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied with the intent thereof. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as follows: 1. Approval is given to the Tariff amendments contained in PNG's October 29, 1986 Application. 2.
