("PNG") applied November 8, 1985, for Commission approval of a proposed amendment to its Natural Gas Vehicle Conversion Loan Program available to private individuals or corporations for the purpose of coverting specified vehicles to dual-fuel natural gas operation in PNG's service area; and WHEREAS the amendment is intended to cover the actual cost of vehicle conversions, less any applicable grants, up to a maximum amount of $1,600 per vehicle, with annual interest calculated at the prime bank rate plus 1% of the bank with which PNG conducts its business to be applicable; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the amendment to PNG's Natural Gas Vehicle Conversion Loan Program is necessary and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission will accept for filing, effective the date of this Order, app~opriate amendme~ts to its filed Gas Tariff to record the existence of the amended Natural Gas Vehicle Conversion Loan Program. 2. PNG is to advise the Commission at the beginning of each fiscal year on the financial details including bad debts experience, if any, related to this program.
