Ltd. BEFORE: M. Taylor, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, June 18, 1986 Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") applied May 15, 1986 pursuant to Section 69 of the Act for Commission approval, permitting Inland to waive the collection from Cariboo Pulp and Paper Co. ("Cariboo") of any minimum bill revenues incurred under Tariff Rate Schedule 16; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied with Inland's explanation that the minimum bill provisions stated in Tariff Rate Schedule 16 will equal the recovery of the utility's full margin under Tariff Rate Schedule 11 and 12 and together will result in an over-recovery by the utility. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1. 2. Inland is directed to ensure that all of its customers under Tariff Rate Schedule 16 meeting the same conditions as Cariboo under Tariff Rate Schedule 11 and 12 be granted the same treatment as for Cariboo.
