("Inland") applied January 6, 1986 to file an amending agreement pertaining to Tariff Supplement No. 11, Gas Service Agreement with Highmont Operating Corp. ("Highmont"); and WHEREAS the amending agreement is the result of negotiations between Inland and Highmonti and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied therewith. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing effective the date of this Order the following amendments to Inland's Tariff Supplement No. 11: First Revision Sheets No. 11-1/11-2/11-3/11-4 Original Sheet No. 11-5 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province l~ of British Columbia, this I~ day of February, 1986.
