Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("CNG") applied November 10, 1986 pursuant to Section 67(4) of the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act") to amend its Tariff Rate SChedules in its Gas Tariff B.C.U.C. No.1 covering the rates to be charged effective November 1, 1986 for natural gas service rendered by the Company in its service area; and WHEREAS CNG's Application reflects changes arising from the following: 1. Contract dated October 5, 1964 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 40 Twenty-second Revision of Paragraph 11 of (Crestbrook Pulp and Paper Ltd.) Contract dated December 11, 1968 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 41 Fourth Revision of Paragraph 12 of (Westar Mining Ltd.) Contract dated March 31, 1970 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 42 Fourth Revision of Paragraph 11 of (Fording Coal Limited) Contract dated August 31, 1970 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 43 Tariff Supplement No. 3 - Second Revision of Sheet No. 3-1 - Second Revision of Sheet No. 3-9 Tariff Supplement No.4 - Eighth Revision of Sheet No. 4-1 - Second Revision of Sheet No. 4-4 2. An appropriate notice of explanation of the effect of the foregoing will be directed to all customers. 3. Columbia is to notify the Commission of the status of its gas purchase contracts effective January 1, 1987 in order that any additional reductions in the cost of gas may be flowed back to its customers.
