("PNG") applied November 5, 1986 to file as a Gas Tariff Supplement an Agreement pertaining to the provision of Firm Transportation Service and Interruptible Gas Sales by PNG to Skeena Cellulose Inc. ("Skeena tl ); and WHEREAS the Agreement is the result of negotiations between PNG and Skeenai and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied therewith. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing effective November 1, 1986 the negotiated Agreement referred to above, appropriate to be designated as Tariff Supplement No.1: Original Sheets 1-1 through 1-21.
