Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. applied May 7, 1986 for Commission approval enabling it to implement an NGV Conversion Finance Plan and, in addition to approve the sale by Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. of gas appliances on a cash or finance plan basis; and the rental of gas appliances; and WHEREAS Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. states that the NGV Conversion Finance Plan proposed for implementation will in all aspects mirror the Terms and Conditions of the plan utilized by Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") as approved by Commission Order No. G-7-86; and WHEREAS Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. states that its proposed amendments to its Gas Tariff concerning sale and/or rental of gas appliances will then be equivalent to those approved for use by Inland; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied with the intent thereof. . .. /2
BRITrSH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COM ;SSION ORDER 2 NUMBER G-36-86 NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. as follows: 1. The proposed NGV Conversion Finance Plan is approved for implementation effective the date of this Order. 2 .. Fort Nelson Gas Ltd. will submit for. filing appropriate Tariff provisions concerning the NGV Conversion Finance Plan as soon as possible. 3. The following Tariff sheets concerning rental and/or sale of gas appliances are accepted fOL filing effective the date of this Order: Second Revision of Index Original Sheet 18 DATED at the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, this ;f~ day of July, 1986.
