ORDER NUMBER G-36-87 WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Applications together with matters discussed during the hearing, and is satisfied that all material requirements in the public interest can be met by the proposed transfer of ownership. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The Applications by Hemlock Valley Electrical Services Ltd. and Hemlock Valley Resorts Inc. are approved effective immediately. 2. The Management of Hemlock Valley Electrical Services Ltd. will take into account all regulatory decisions and directions issued to date by the Commission applicable to Hemlock Electrical and will endeavour to develop reduced electric service rates within the Hemlock Valley Electrical Services Ltd. service area.
