Ltd. BEFORE: J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman: and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. (" Inland ") applied April 9, 1987 pursuant to Section 67(4) of the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act") to amend its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules covering the rates to be charged effective April 1, 1987 for natural gas service rendered by the Company in its service area; and WHEREAS the Tariff amendments proposed by Inland result from Order TG-2-87 of the National Energy Board wherein Westcoast Transmission Company, Limited ("Westcoast") is directed to recalculate its interim tolls, effective April 1, 1987, in recognition of revenues forecast from Export Interruptible Sales Tolls ("EIST"), the final determination of which is anticipated to occur later in 1987: and WHEREAS Inland's Application reflects the net effect of the changes to the westcoast tolls applicable to Canadian Sales and Service effective April 1, 1987 being a $3.38 million decrease, on an annual basis compared to the rates as in effect as at January 1, 1987, in Inland's cost of service for the year ended June 30, 1987; and FOuRTh FLOOR.
