Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbia") applied November 21, 1986 for Commission approval of further amendments effective November 1, 1986 to its Tariff Rate Schedule V (Natural Gas Vehicle (NGV) Fuel Service) provided at locations where service is available only to Industrial companies for their purposes onlYi and WHEREAS the proposed amendment incorporates a decrease of $1.175/gigajoule for Schedule V Service, while providing a 40.5 cents/gigajoule increase to Columbia's margin applicable to that service for market development purposes; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the intention thereof is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Columbia Natural Gas Limited as follows: 1. Amended Tariff Rate Schedule V is approved and accepted for filing effective November 1, 1986 • . . . /2

A deferred account is to be established for the purpose of recording the effect of the increased margin for Schedule V Service, to be compared with the costs associated with the development of Columbia's NGV market. deferred account will be determined at an appropriate future date.
