("Inland") applied April 29, 1986 for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the construction and operation of a natural gas distribution system in the City of Greenwood, B.C. and surrounding area; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and concurs that a Certificate enabling such construction and operation is necessary for the public convenience and properly conserves the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity effective the date of this Order for the construction and operation of a natural gas distribution system in the City of Greenwood, B.C. and surrounding area.
