McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. New1ands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS the Commission has received several written complaints from customers served by Central Coast Power Corporation ("CCPC") in the general area of Ocean Falls, B.C.; and WHEREAS by Order No. G-40-86 the Commission exempted CCPC from all of the provisions of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") save and except Part 2 of the Act and Sections 30, 44, 47 and 133 thereof. NOW THEREFORE by virtue of its powers of inquiry pursuant to Sections 93, 98 and 124 of the Act, the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. Mr. James M. Bogyo, together with such other technical investigative personnel as may be determined necessary from time to time, is directed to pursue the matter of complaints related to customer service in the Ocean Falls area with the intent of providing a comprehensive report thereon to the Commission not later than Friday, January 29, 1988. 2. The above-noted personnel are to meet with appropriate CCPC officials and staff for the purpose of obtaining information satisfactory to enable completion of the above-noted report.
