("Vigas") applied March 10, 1986 to amend its filed Tariff Rate Schedules in its Gas Tariff, covering the rates to be charged for propane gas service rendered by the Company in its service area; and WHEREAS the amendment is to permit Vigas to decrease its Tariff Rate Schedules as a result of a decrease of 13.0 cents/gallon, effective March 1, 1986, in the cost of liquid propane purchased, plus related costs; all beyond the control of the utility; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the filing of the amendment to the Tariff Rate Schedules is necessary in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Vancouver Island Gas Company Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing effective and applicable to consumption on and after April 1, 1986, amended Tariff Rate Schedules incorporating a decrease of 15.15 cents per 100 cubic feet, as follows: Seventh Revision of Page 20 Seventh Revision of Page 21 Sixth Revision of Page 22 2. An appropriate notice of explanation of the decrease will be directed to all customers affected.
