Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Cigas Products Ltd. - ("Cigas") applied December 30, 1985 to amend its filed Tariff Rate Schedules in its Gas Tariff, covering the rates to be charged for propane gas service rendered by the Company in its service area; and WHEREAS the amendment is to permit Cigas to increase its Tariff Rate Schedules as a result of an increase of 1.431 cents/litre, effective December 1, 1985, in the purchase price from its supplier of liquid propane, together with related costs including increased rail freight and trucking charges; all beyond the control of the Utility; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and finds that the filing of the amendment to e filed Tariff Rate Schedules is necessary in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Cigas Products Ltd. - Granisle Grid System as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing effective and applicable to consumption on and after January I, 1986 amended Tariff Rate Schedules incorporating an increase of 15.83 cents per 100 cubic feet. 2. An appropriate notice of explanation of the increase will be directed to all customers affected.
