Hydro") applied March 26, 1987 pursuant to Section 67(2) of the utilities Commission Act ("the Act") to amend the Special Condition of Gas Tariff Rate Schedule 2501 by authorizing B.C. Hydro to conditionally waive the requirement that an alternative fuel burning installation be provided by a customer seeking Interruptible gas service; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material, and finds that the proposed amendment to Gas Tariff Rate Schedule 2501 is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1. The amendment to Gas Tariff Rate Schedule 2501 as submitted March 26, 1987 is approved and accepted for filing effective the date of this Order as follows: Sixth Revision of Page C-5.
