Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited (nColumbia") applied July 2, 1986 for Commission approval of Gas Tariff Sheets No. 29 / 29.1 / 33 / 33.1 / 33.2; and WHEREAS the proposed Tariff Pages are to enable Columbia to offer a promotional incentive over a lO-year (120 months) term to acquire new customers and enable existing customers to upgrade their heating equipment for a small initial investment; and WHEREAS the promotional incentive is stated to be self-funding, with minimum impact on existing customers and the potential to generate additional residential customer revenues; and WHEREAS Tariff Sheets No. 33 and 33.1 containing Rider nAn are applicable to any customer qualifying for service under Schedule I where the primary space heating equipment utilized on the customer's premises is purchased and installed with the assistance of a promotional incentive provided by Columbia; and ... /2 FOURTH FLOOR, 800 SMITHE STREET. ~ WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application, together with supporting material. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Columbia Natural Gas Limited as follows: 1. The following Gas Tariff Sheets are accepted for filing effective the date of this Order: Third Revision of Sheet No. 29 First Revision of Sheet No. 29.1 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 33 Second Revision of Sheet No. 33.1 Original Sheet No. 33.2 2. Advertising supporting the Promotional Incentive Program shall clearly state that the promotional incentive is available for furnaces purchased from any supplier.
