~ WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application, together with supporting material. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Columbia Natural Gas Limited as follows: 1. The following Gas Tariff Sheets are accepted for filing effective the date of this Order: Third Revision of Sheet No. 29 First Revision of Sheet No. 29.1 Ninth Revision of Sheet No. 33 Second Revision of Sheet No. 33.1 Original Sheet No. 33.2 2. Advertising supporting the Promotional Incentive Program shall clearly state that the promotional incentive is available for furnaces purchased from any supplier.
