Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited ("Princeton Light") applied January 16, 1986 to amend its filed Tariff Rate Schedules applicable to electric service rendered by Princeton Light in its service area; and WHEREAS the amendments are to permit Princeton Light to reflect the effect of a 6.0% interim refundable increase effective January 1, 1986 in the cost of power purchased from its supplier, West Kootenay Power and Light Company, Limited ("WKPL") as authorized by Commission Order No. G-9}-85; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and finds that the filing of the amendments to the filed tariffs is necessary in the public interest. . .. /2
NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Princeton Light and Power Company, Limited as follows: 1. The Commission accepts for filing effective January 1, 1986, amended Tariff Rate Schedules incorporating increases in the range of 0.133 cent/kWh to 0.146 cent/kWh, appropriate to reflect the effect of an increase in the cost of purchased power in accordance with Commission Order No. G-93-8S. 2. princeton Light is directed to publicize, as soon as possible, in an appropriate manner, the approval of the rate increase in order that all customers may be made aware.
