Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbia") applied April 2, 1987 to file as a Gas Tariff Supplement an Agreement pertaining to the provision of natural gas compression and dispensing equipment owned by Columbia at a service station operated by Mohawk Oil Co. Ltd. ("Mohawk") located at Cranbrook, B.C.i and WHEREAS the Agreement is the result of negotiations between Columbia and Mohawk involving Rate Schedules Vi and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied therewith. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing effectiv€ the date of this Order the negotiated Agreement referred to aQove, appropriate to be designated as Tariff Supplement No.7: Original Sheets 7-1 through 7-8.
