Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Central Heat Distribution Limited ("Central Heat") was authorized by Commission Order No. G-95-85 to increase its rates for steam heat service by an average 4.03% effective January 1, 1986; and WHEREAS the Commission on December 23, 1985 forwarded a letter to all the customers served by Central Heat advising of the interim rate increase and stating that if no objections were received from Central Heat's customers within 60 days the interim rate would be declared firm; and WHEREAS the Commission has not received any objection. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders as follows: 1. The schedule of rates proposed by Central Heat under Tab 2 of their Application dated November 22, 1985, embodying an average increase of approximately 4.03% over then existing rates is approved for implementation as a firm rate, effective January 1, 1986.
