Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbia") applied October 30, 1987 to file a Buy/Sell Agreement between Columbia and Crestbrook Forest Industries; and WHEREAS the Buy/Sell Agreement is a negotiated document dated October 31, 1987 between the parties concerning the transportation and delivery of natural gas purchased from Czar Resources Ltd. to the Crestbrook Forest Industries Ltd. sawmill complex at Cranbrook, B.C.; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application 'and is satisfied therewith. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby accepts for filing as a Tariff Supplement effective the date of this Order the following: 1.
