BRITISH COLUMBIA UTlUTIES COMMISSIOt ORDER NUMBER G-24-86 2 NOW THEREFORE West Kootenay Power and Light Company, Limited is hereby ordered as follows: 1. Proposed Revisions to Original Sheets I, J and K together with Proposed Original Sheet K.l will be accepted for fi1ing by the Commission subject to timely filing of the following amendments: First Revision of Original Sheet K (a) item 4.3.2(d) - the last sentence should be completed with this phrase "excluding the costs of meters and transformers." (b) item 4.3.3 - for clarity, the criteria in this section should continue as in the past, embodying this reference "if the total connected load of the commercial enterprise is less than 5,000 watts, excluding space heating, then the whole service shall be billed under residential rates. 2. WKPL is to proceed with necessary adjustments to its Residential customer accounts pertaining to billing of second services of a similar type to that of J.E. Robertson in the manner proposed in WKPL's letter to the Commission dated December 2, 1985, stating "In summary, therefore, we would propose that Robertson's second service and other known second services of a similar type in place prior to December 7, 1984 would be billed as residential, retroactive to the date they were changed to general service".
