Page, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS amendments to the Utilities Commission Act {tithe Act"}, including Section 85.3, requires that Energy Supply Contracts ("Contracts") between producers and consumers, be filed with the Commission for approval; and WHEREAS on August 18, 1988 the Commission issued Rules for the filing of such Contracts; and WHEREAS Northwood Pulp and Timber Limited ("Northwood") has filed with the Commission a natural gas supply contract between the Company and its supplier - Petro-Canada Inc. (IPetroCan"), for the period commencing November I, 1988 to October 31, 1989 inclusive under Rules Section 1.2.3; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Contract and supporting material and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Act the Commission approves and accepts for filing the Energy Supply Contract between Northwood and PetroCan dated June 30, 1988 which is designated as Energy Supply Contract, NGSC No.3.
