("Barriere") applied January 17, 1986 for an extension of the present December 31, 1985 limitation provision prescribed in Commission Order No. T-76-84i and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the circumstances and concurs with Barriere's request. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders that Clause l(d) of Commission Order T-76-84 be cancelled, to be replaced by the following: l(d) The Certificate will expire if Barriere Cablecom Ltd. has not commenced the operation of the said pay-television undertaking by June 30, 1986.
