Hydro") applied February 19, 1987 pursuant to Section 67(2) of the Utilities Commission Act ("the Act") to amend the provisions of Tariff Rate Schedule 1401 in its Electric Tariff concerning "Availability": "Meter Reading": "Billing of Minimum Charges": and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material, and finds that the proposed amendments to Electric Tariff Rate Schedule 1401 are necessary in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1.
