Newlands, Deputy Chairman o R D E R WHEREAS amendments to the Utilities Commission Act (lithe Act"), including Section 85.3, ("Contracts") between producers and consumers, be filed with the Commission for approval; and WHEREAS on August 18, 1988 the CommIssion issued Rules for the filing of such Contracts; and WHER Coast Pacific Management Inc. ("CPM") has filed with the Corn mission draft supplier - Unocal Canada Ltd., (IIUnocal") and CPM's clients: Balfour forest Products Ltd.-Peace Wood Products Division, Jacobson Bros. Ltd., Dunkley Lumber Ltd., and Riverside forest Products Ltd., for the period January I, 1989 to November I, 1990 inclusive under Rules - Section 1.2.3; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the draft Contracts and supporting material and is satisfied that it is 1n the public interest. BRITISH COLUMBIA UTILITIES COMMISSION 2 ORDER NUMBER E-6-8~ NOW THEREfORE pursuant to Section 85.3 of the Act the Commission orders as follows: I. The Commission approves and accepts for filing the draft Energy Supply Contracts between CPM and Unocal and CPM's clients dated for reference January 1, 1989 which are designated as Energy Supply Contracts, NGSC No.6. 2. CPM is to file with the Commission a fully executed set of Energy Supply Contracts on or before January 15, 1989.
