BEFORE: J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and A.C. Michelson, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS Pacific Northern December 22, 1986 for Commission approval of a proposed interim amendment to its Natural Gas Vehicle - (tlNGVII) Conversion Loan Program available to private individuals or corporations for the purpose of converting specified vehicles to dual-fuel natural gas operation in PNG's service area; and WHEREAS Commission Order No. G-1-87 approved PNG's long-term NGV promotional program to become effective April 1, 1987; and WHEREAS PNG, by letter dated February 10, 1988, applied for an extension until April 1, 1988, the date upon which it intends to file its long-term NGV promotional program; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the request for an extension of time and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission requires Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. to submit for acceptance and filing, its long-term natural gas vehicle -NGV promotional program, on or before April 1, 1988.
