Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS Central Heat Distribution Limited ("Central Heat") applied November 26, 1987 for an average 3.7% increase to the Basic Steam Tariff only, to become effective January 1, 1988; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Central Heat Distribution Limited as follows: 1. Approval is granted effective January 1, interim average 3.7% increase to the Basic Steam Tariff only, with such interim increase to be subject to refund with interest calculated at the average prime rate of interest of the principal bank with which Central Heat conducts its business. 2. A public hearing of the Application by Central Heat will be held at the Commission Hearing Room, 4th Floor, 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, B.C. commencing at 9:00 a.m. local time, Tuesday, February 9, 1988. 3. Central Heat will arrange to deliver to each of its customers not later than Wednesday, January 6, 1988 a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing, as per attached copy. 4.
