("Inland") applied December 17, 1987 to amend its Rate Schedule 13 - Industrial Peaking Service; and WHEREAS the amendments to the Rate Schedule Terms and Conditions will permit customers presently served under other Large Industrial Schedules, which provide for Authorized Overrun ("AOR") sales, to take gas under Rate Schedule 13; and WHEREAS the Commission has considered the Application and is satisfied therewith. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby approves and will accept for filing effective the date of this Order, subject to timely filing thereof, appropriate amendments to Inland1s Gas Tariff for Rate Schedule 13-Industrial Peaking Services.
