Martin, ) Commissioner ) o R D E R WHEREAS Columbia Natural Gas Limited ("Columbian) applied May 7, 1987 for Commission approval and acceptance for fi~ing of an amendment to the General Terms and Conditions section of its filed Gas Tariff; and WHEREAS the amendment introduces to qualifying Residential Service customers of Columbia the availability of an Incentive Payment of $100 to assist in the conversion of water heating appliances from other fuels to natural gas; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that it is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders Columbia Natural Gas Limited as follows: 1. Second Revision of Gas Tariff Sheet No. 28 is approved and accepted for filing effective the date of this Order. 2.
