McIntyre, Chairman, J.D~V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Commissioner o R D E R WHEREAS British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority (IIB.C. Hydro") applied May 25, 1988 for Commission approval and acceptance for filing amendments to its Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions and Rate Schedules 2150, 2155 and 2250 to allow for extensions of service to new customers in the Victoria gas grid system; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and supporting material and is satisfied that the filing of the amendments to the Gas Tariff, Terms and Conditions and Rate Schedules are necessary and in the public interest. WHEREAS the Commission has considered all of the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE the Commission orders British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority as follows: 1.
