Ltd. BEFORE: J.D. V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS on January 7, 1988 Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing effective January 1, 1988 of amendments to its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules, and the establishment of certain deferral accounts, resulting from a December 11, 1987 Commission Decision concerning Rate Design; and WHEREAS the Rate Design changes involve the following: 1. Changes in accordance December 11, 1987 and Order No. G-80-87. 2. A "Rider" for Rate Schedules 1 and 2 which relates to the application of deferral accounts created from the reduction of Industrial rates; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Applications and supporting material concerning Rate Design and amendments are appropriate and in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Division of the Commission responsible for the Rate Design Hearing orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: I.
