(lfInland ll ) applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing an amendment to its filed Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions concerning Security Deposits; and WHEREAS the Commission has reviewed the Application and is satisfied that the proposed amendment is in the public interest. NOW THEREFORE the Commission hereby orders Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. as follows: 1. The Commission approves the amendment to the Security Deposit Policy and requires Inland to credit interest accruing on such deposits to customer accounts in the month of January of each year. 2. The Commission will accept for filing effective the date of this Order, subject to timely filing, the appropriate amendment to Inland's Gas Tariff, General Terms and Conditions concerning Security Deposits: First Revision of Sheet No. 18.
