Ltd. BEFORE: John G. McIntyre, Chairman; J.D.V. Newlands, Deputy Chairman; D.B. Kilpatrick, Commissioner; and N. Martin, Commissioner ORDER WHEREAS on January 7, 1988 Inland Natural Gas Co. Ltd. ("Inland") applied for Commission approval and acceptance for filing effective January 1, 1988 of amendments to its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules, and the establishment of certain deferral accounts, resulting from a November, 1987 National Energy Board Decision on Westcoast Transmission Company, Limited (tlWestcoast") Tolls; and WHEREAS the Westcoast Tolls involve the following: 1. For the Calendar Year ended December 31, 1987: (a) Interim Westcoast Toll charges currently incorporated in Inland's rates to be made permanent; (b) Any additional changes in 1987 Westcoast Tolls to be deferred. 2. Effective January 1, 1988: (a) Westcoast 1988 Toll changes to be flowed through on an estimated net Toll basis: (b) The difference between Westcoast Tolls to be deferred; and WHEREAS on January 11, approval and acceptance for filing of amendments to its Gas Tariff Rate Schedules reflecting changes to Atmospheric Pressure Reduction (APR) factors in accordance with revisions in the regulations pursuant to the Electric and Gas Inspection Act of Canada; and FOURT ...
